This app is a voice recorder that lets you record a sound, be it your dog barking, your bad singing or a song you hear on the radio, by touching the record button on the bottom left of the screen. Once you stop the recording, by touching the stop button of course, you can play it back or send it to friends.
To do this, simply find the date and time you made the recording in a list that appears on the home screen. Touch the arrow button directly following the listing. Then you can choose to send your recording by email, upload it to your social networking sites, such as FaceBook or Blogger, or just transfer it to VR+ online. You can also rename the recording or delete it. The sound quality seemed to be pretty good. I had no problems hearing or understanding what I recorded, even when all I was doing was tapping the iPhone screen.

It is worth noting that the app requires you to set up a VR+ account, which is where the links from your social networking sites will lead. However, once your VR+ account is set up you can store your login information for each social networking site you use so you can easily create a post and attach the recording without having to launch the site separately.
I like the idea of being able to post directly to social networking sites instead of having to jump through hoops, especially if I am short on time. This app would be very helpful for impromptu podcasting, such as when I’m at a conference or festival and want to give frequent event updates in voiceover form. There are no instructions provided with the app, but it is very user friendly.
