This app is a gift to all the footie fans out there. It allows them to view soccer scores for all teams in the English Premiere League. The home screen features the team names, their crests, their win/loss/draw records, and their total points. You can then touch match day at the bottom of the screen to see the most recent showdowns.
Pick fixtures/results to view information on past as well as upcoming matches in the current soccer season. Touch the arrow after the date and you will see each match location, the score and which footballer made the score. The app updates frequently so it will always have current information.
One thing I found difficult is that you can’t simply tap the arrow like you can on some apps. You have to hold your finger down until the app highlights the date in blue and then it will proceed to the information screens. Because of this delay I at first thought it didn’t work and I am sure that some will find it frustrating.
I wasn’t too interested in this app, since I am not a huge fan of soccer. However, it is good app to have if you want to keep updated on the goings on of these teams. All of the times posted are in GMT, so keep that in mind if you are viewing the app stateside. The graphics are decent and there is no sound. The info page is simply an invitation to visit the developer’s website.
